We don’t do what we do to win awards. That’s just an added bonus! We simply love what we do and it shows. Our chapter is made up of volunteers who are dedicated to the success and advancement of SMPS Houston. And the results of their hard work prove it. 1990

Houston's first chapter award was accepted by Randle Pollock at the national conference in 1990. This was the first-ever National President's Award, now the Striving for Excellence Award.

SMPS Houston Marketing Achievement Awards (MAA)

The SMPS Houston MAA program recognizes excellence by marketing professionals in the design and building industry. Peers nominate fellow esteemed members, firms, and clients in the categories of Member of the Year, Rising Star, Member Firm of the Year, Rock of the Chapter, Marketing Excellence, Hall of Fame, Principal of the Year, and Client of the Year.

Winners are announced at the annual Design Awards Gala.
