In the event of a crisis, it is imperative that you are prepared with a Crisis Communication Plan to support your customers, your community, and your company. During this webinar, Leslie Hollaway, CEO with Hollaway Environmental + Communication Services, Inc. will discuss:
• The elements of an effective Crisis Communication Plan
• How to establish Crisis Communication protocols and procedures
• How to “manage your message” in the event of a crisis
• How to prepare yourself and your team for encounters with the news media

Leslie Hollaway, CEO with Hollaway Environmental + Communication Services, Inc.

Ms. Leslie Hollaway has a breadth of experience in project management, infrastructure planning and permitting, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, and public engagement for large-scale, high-profile projects, and she uses this expertise to lead the award-winning team at Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services (www.hollawayenv.com).

Ms. Hollaway has thirteen years of experience serving projects throughout the Gulf Coast, including projects in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, and she currently serves clients such as the Texas General Land Office, the Texas Department of Transportation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, PortHouston, and Harris County Engineering Department, among others. Ms. Hollaway also serves as the Public Information Officer for the West Harris County Regional Water Authority.
