Please join us for our third Virtual Roundtable: Small Talk about Big Ideas. This Rountable series will be limited to small intimate groups and attendees will be invited to discuss and share ideas about varying topics influencing our industry, profession, and firms during COVID-19. 

The topic for this session is: Large Firms Response to COVID. Hank Adams, Global Director for HDR’s Health Practice, will share how his team responded to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Hank will describe how he and his team mobilized an internal task force, how they were organized and operated, and they determined appropriate internal and external communications channels. They’ll share real outcomes frpm their efforts and some examples of work that HDR has been be for clients across the globe who are on the front lines of this crisis.

As HDR’s Global Director of Health, Hank provides the direction and inspiration for the firm’s skilled and imaginative thought leaders who work with healthcare clients to successfully solve the universal challenges of health and wellness. Hank relies on his own 29+ years of experience as a healthcare principal, project manager, healthcare planner and business developer to guide HDR’s planners, strategists, clinical specialists, economic analysts, designers and architects in 7 countries around the world to use evidence-based design and best practices to foster our ultimate goal: improving patient outcomes. He is a frequent speaker, columnist and advocate for human-centered design.
