JOB OVERVIEW The Senior MARCOM SBU Coordinator reports directly to the MARCOM Director and will work collaboratively with the Senior MARCOM Specialist. He/she will support the development of marketing collateral for Specific Business Units (SBU) initiatives. Key interfaces may include SBU management and business development, MARCOM managers and coordinators, Human Resources, as well as technical groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Assisting MARCOM SBU team to support development marketing collateral

Editing, writing, and developing technical content – Assisting in brand adherence/consistency across SBUs collateral – Working closely with Sr. MARCOM Specialist and Business Operations MARCOM Director
> Supporting the development and delivery of marketing and communications
> Supporting account based marketing strategy and operations, omni-channel optimization, digital marketing, brand consistency, localization, analytics, and measurement
> Supporting the development of project reports and operations and senior business development staff reports
> Identifying advanced marketing tools and technologies (e.g., virtual reality and microsites) – Supporting the generation of thought leadership material – Supporting public relations campaigns – Supporting social media campaigns

> Organizing marketing and communications requests and meetings
> Assisting with public relations and developing increased awareness of the company\’s leadership in target market segments
> Assisting with network(s) capturing and relating company news and information
> Assisting in messaging development and channel – Assisting with development of content and/or output of event collateral, organization charts, presentations, technical articles, podcasts, bi-folds, flysheets, case studies, and brochures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – BS/BA in marketing and communications or relevant field – At least 3-5 years of experience in the A/E/C field – Excellent editing, copywriting, and communication skills – Working knowledge of Adobe 2019 – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office
> Photo and video editing experience is a plus – Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – Planning and organizing – Decision making capability – Conflict resolution – Analyzing and interpreting
