GENERAL SCOPE OF POSITION We are seeking a purpose-driven marketing professional to join our Forney Construction team. This position is responsible for managing project pursuits including producing qualifications, proposals and presentations on behalf of the company. They develop all content for Forney’s social accounts—creating branded campaigns that help us expand our footprint in the community—as well as maintain the company’s website, coordinate project photography and create all internal and external corporate communications. This role works independently while maintaining consistent communications with Forney leadership.

• Lead the development and execution of project pursuit materials and tools including requests for qualification, presentations, proposals and brochures
• Maintain Forney brand and develop all external Marketing materials
• Represent the Firm at select industry events for the purpose of generating solid project leads
• Manage creative agency relationship including delegating appropriate activities, attending monthly meetings and serving as point contact
• Work with President to monitor the implementation of a Business Development Plan
• Maintain, update, and leverage our CRM Database (Cosential) to track personnel, project and proposal data
• Oversee the photography of key projects and leadership personnel
• Complete award submission applications on behalf of the company
• Responsible for continually monitoring, improving, and updating company website and social media presence
• Develop internal (monthly) and external (quarterly) newsletters through Mailchimp
• Assist the Board of Directors in the planning and execution of Quarterly Staff Meetings
• Assist in recruiting qualified, culturally fitting staff at both at the collegiate level and for full-time entry, mid and senior level positions

• Adobe Creative Suite experience (Advanced knowledge of InDesign)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Advanced ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
• Strong editing and proof readings skills, and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to interact directly with principals, senior project management, and staff at all levels
• Creative, well organized, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines in a busy office environment
• Ability to maintain a strong focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
• Advanced time management skills to meet multiple deadlines, respond to changing needs and priorities
